Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining and Formulating HR / Company Policies. Orientation across teams and abiding by statute.
  • Creating new policies, revamping the existing policies. Formatting policies in the standard approved format and update policies wherever necessary.
  • Updating and revamping HR Intranet portal.
  • Vendor management. Reviewing endorsements and invoices. Preparing vouchers. Maintaining CD Balance sheet up to date.
  • Grievance redressal.
  • Preparing detailed report & presentation on policies and processes.
  • Staying updated on the labor laws on a regular basis.
  • Responding to HRBP’s / Internal clients / external clients, regards to various process & policies.

  • Conduct feedback surveys and provide meaningful insights to the management
  • Work with various departments to create action plans based on employee feedback and track implementation of solutions.
  • Sending Staff communications on various topics in a timely manner as an effort to educate employees on HR Processes & Policies.
  • Proper business communication among employees to carry out proper employee relationship & eliminate conflict.
  • Proper contingency planning.
  • Attending to employee queries and assisting them with HR Support.
