Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
Understand business requirements, provide estimates to build required solution
Manage and manipulate large amounts of data for analysis and reporting
Create Dashboards and Data Visualisations help business with Data trends and analysis
Evaluate, design, and develop business intelligence reporting and dashboards according to functional specifications, business requirements while maintaining data integrity and data quality
Work collaboratively functional HR team to translate business information needs into well-defined data requirements
Leverage transactional information, data from various HR systems and applications to model, extract, and transform into reporting and analytics
Work on implementation of data analytics projects independently with less direct supervision from manager
Adhere to TAT and SLA targets set by stakeholders
Knowledge of the calculation and logic of HR reporting metrics is a must

Level of experience 6-9 years / 10-13 years
Qualifications Full time MBA in HR from a reputed institute with minimum 50% throughout (from Class X onwards)
Industry experience at least 5 - 10 relevant years with reputed brands in IT / ITeS industries
Technical Capability Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and analytical solutions

Strong analytical skills
Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI for data wrangling and visualisation
Experience in building automations and macros.
