To manage Sales & Marketing activities for Distributed Control Systems (DCS / SIS / PLC) Competitive pursuit in existing installation base, Modernization, Migration, Retrofit projects & Lifecycle business for Process Systems & Solution

1. Sales : Responsible for achieving / exceeding bookings & sales targets, DSO, profitability and growth in the regional Installed Base business for the BU

2. Marketing & Project Pursuit : Responsible for new product presentations / IBS events / migration strategy program in the region

3. Lead & support in developing complete techno-commercial proposal to deliver the most optimal and competitive offer

4. Work with country sales, operations & service team to develop Lifecycle business. Develop opportunities & prospects to up-sell in install base.


Factor I : Knowledge and Skills

1. Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering

2. 7 to 8 year’s experience

3. Knowledge of DCS, PLC and Control Systems

4. Knowledge of Process Industry and customer expectations

5. Strong interpersonal skills, written and communication skills in technical environment for business reporting and coordination

6. Strong analytical skills with good commercial knowledge & negotiation skills

7. Project Selling Experience

Factor II : Ability and Aptitude

1. Ability to travel extensively to customer locations

2. Ability to lead competitive system migration / modernization project pursuits, aptitude to learn competition products & increase penetration in installed base

3. Ability to organize work methods and prioritize work appropriately thus managing resources, time and customer commitments

4. Team player willing to perform any duties to provide exceptional services to exceed expectations
