Required to recruit employees , daily involvement in operations to ensure and effective execution and co - ordination of office activity Actively Participate in requirements gathering sessions with end users from the Human Resources departments Possess in - depth knowledge of business processes and how they are represented in SAP HR;
Defining and documenting system needs / specifications to subsequently enable the development of programs , configuration and reports;
Preparation of system design models , work diagrams , data flow charts and technical documentation Reviewing requests , assessing needs , developing and implementing solutions and managing end - user expectations Managing changing priorities in a fast - paced environment;
Coordinating and performing system testing for application upgrades , new applications or support needs; Understanding the impact of changes on integrated systems and addressing the change management issues;
Qualifications : Bachelor s Degree in any field (Required) Minimum 2 years of working knowledge of SAP HR Module (Mandatory) Experience in Local business rules and legislative requirements (Mandatory) A track record of successful project experiences , including strong project management skills A willingness to learn , seek improvements , share information with peers , management and end - users A desire to promote positive change within the SAP HR IT Team Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary A self - starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team ESGK Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
