About The / Nudge Foundation
At The / Nudge, our purpose is to pull 1 million people out of poverty sustainably and scalably. Our Gurukul program, a rigorous fully residential program, focuses on providing gainful employment to underprivileged youth by equipping them with life, learning and livelihood skills.
With a current training run rate of over 3500 students annually, we are ready to leapfrog to target annual run rate of 7000 in the next year.
As we scale to a multi-geo training operation, we aim to provide the underprivileged youth with a high-quality Gurukul program, that will enable them to transform their lives.
Ensuring that we deliver our program with measurable effectiveness and performing continuous data-driven analysis of our performance will be the foundation to creating true impact, and we are looking to bring on board a person who will be focused on establishing and driving this engine at The / Nudge.
At The / Nudge, you will
work closely with the Head of Programs & Initiatives to drive day to day operations and planning
be the central intelligence engine to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Gurukul operations across locations
drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure overall planning of Gurukul operations and successful implementation towards program outcomes
manage all aspects of batch planning and progress tracking through data by liaising with Admissions, Gurukul Principals and trainers -
staff hiring and training, student learning progress, job placements
drive accurate and effective student data management and ensure data analysis is done in a timely manner for each batch (term analysis and batch analysis)
participate in review meetings and perform follow-ups across stakeholders
work with Finance and Partner Management to budget and develop financial performance metrics to improve the effectiveness
identify best practices across all Gurukuls Ops
Apply if you
are a data-driven problem solver
can work across multiple threads and workstreams like a champion
possess the ability to drive outcomes through stakeholders without formal authority
are willing to stretch, work independently and willing to take ownership of outcomes
are preferably an MBA (or equivalent)
have 4-6 years of work experience
have strong passion and desire to work in the nonprofit sector.
