Responsible for achievement of TASC New Acquisition Value budgets of mapped Cluster Branches in MUBB Act as an efficient conduit between Business, Legal & Compliance, TBG and Operations by being a single point of contact for all Transaction banking needs of Business Facilitate acquisition of new to bank clients from Branch Banking, with clear focus on granular top line SA- AMB, AQB & EOP growth.
Work in partnership with the Relationship Teams on existing portfolio, by identifying and converting opportunities for generating incremental fee income by cross sell / up sell of CMS and Forex transactions.
Design & drive new acquisition campaigns & contests for the business, as direction from Channel Management Team at HO. Regularly review and perform Wallet Sizing of existing Liability accounts and publish regional / cluster wise performance dash boards Work closely with Branches / Relationship Teams to improve Sales efficiency in terms of Product mix / Productivity / Sales monitoring process & modify relevant measures / redesign process Regular monitoring of business growth in terms of set benchmarks, business plans and trends.
Identify and regularly interact with underperforming and high potential branches / clusters for developing TASC CRM, sharing of best practices, offering product / process solutions Drive productivity of CSLs and regular monitoring / review of CRM Make joint client visits where required along with Business Team
