Ensure High availability of customers' IT Infrastructure managed
Perform Incident, Problem & Change Management using assigned Tools
Ensure compliance to agreed SOW's
Understand and follow SOP's ensuring compliance to Service Level
Troubleshoot incidents & assist in RCA
Take initiatives in learning new Technologies & Tools
Co-ordination with customer on Incident resolutions & closure
Ensure High Availablity of Orange monitoring Tools & Service Delivery
Generate performance report and assist in MIS & Dashboards
Ensure timely deployment of patches and updates
4-7 years Experience in Server Management ,
Monitoring & Administration ( Microsoft Windows 2008 / 2012 / 2016)
Working Knowledge of SFTP-MoveIT platform,
Good Hands-On Experience in Installation,configuration &Troubleshooting of Windows Operating Systems
Good Hands-On Experience in Installation,configuration &Troubleshooting Hyper-v / VMware based virtualization
Good Knowledge & experience on Back-up, Restore technologies
Good Administration Concepts, Event Log Monitoring ,Analysis,
Troubleshooting and resolution methods on Operating Systems
Experience on management tools WUSU / SCOM / System Center etc.
Must have Knowledge & Exposure on Virtualisation using VMware
Experience handling Cisco UCS servers would be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Clustering, Load Balancing, Anti-virus, Patch Management .
Exposure to quality standards ISO 20000, ISO 27001
Education, qualifications, and certifications :
BE / B.Sc / Diploma in Electronics / Comp / IT / Telecom .
MCSE / MCSA / MCP certification for Windows 2008 / 2012
Certified ITILv3 Foundation Preferred
VMware Certification would be an advantage
Good Experience in Server Administration and Issue troubleshooting
