Administer and Manage VMware vSphere, VCenter & ESXi Clusters environment.
Maintain appropriate documentation on the Active Directory, Virtualization Technologies & Windows Server Infrastructure.
Administrator Windows 2008 / 2012 / 2016 servers and troubleshoot problems.
Management of the Office 365 & its Components like ATP, EMS
Azure Active Directory Administration
Administer and support Active Directory, DNS,DHCP & Windows Server.
IV. Antivirus & Ticketing tool Admin
Administration and Management of the Antivirus / Jira Service Desk / Windows Patching of the Servers and Endpoints
Provide a point of escalation and support to the IT Support Group.
Provide 24 / 7 on-call support for VMware / Hyper-V & Windows Server Infrastructure.
Participate in weekend maintenance activities, as and when required.
Perform general system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory & VMware environment.
Produce appropriate documentation for application deployment, configuration, and related processes.
Enforce change management and compliance processes.
Install and configure and maintain server operating systems and work with OEM’s on Hardware Failure problems
Help Manage System backups and provide a comprehensive disaster
recovery plan Critical services.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing and response.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on all hardware on a routine and scheduled basis.
System downtime scheduling, because of 24X7 operations at manufacturing setup
Off-hours support and be available as and when required
Getting the downtime for the patching and scanning due to 24*7 operations
Frequent changes in the business requirements
Education Qualification :
Graduation / B.Tech / MCA
