  • Must have U.S I.T staffing Industry experience.
  • Experience in Hiring candidates of H1B / OPT / GC in W2 position
  • Experience into On-boarding candidates onto the Bench.
  • Experience in sourcing, screening, finalizing, and onboarding the consultants.
  • Experience in using portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech Fetch etc.
  • Knowledge on I.T Technologies and its functionality.

  • Good knowledge of Various Visa types.
  • Ability to convince the consultants on Rates, location constraints, availability etc.
  • Able to screen and Judge Consultants in all aspects and finalizing them.
  • Follow up with all the consultants on bench regarding submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Maintaining the database of documents and all other information of all consultants.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment handling multiple assignments at a time.
  • Ability to attract technology talent from mid-size to large companies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Very Good Understanding of H1B Transfers,Visa etc
  • Good Understanding of US Recruitment Tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp and 1099).
  • Good knowledge of the industry and competition, developing reports providing quick information on skill set and compensation
  • Executed exposure of international recruitment.
