If you are ready to excel, innovate, and truly enjoy where you work, join Marvell’s growing People Analytics team. The Opportunity As a People Analytics Data Analyst you will be joining a small but mighty team of People Analytics experts and data scientists at Marvell.

You will be part of building our People Analytics org and surfacing meaningful and actionable talent insights for our business leaders, HR business partners and measuring the success of our initiatives across our centers of excellence such as Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards.

You will play a key role in building the value proposition and roadmap for our People Analytics Org. This role reports into the Head of Global HR Operations and People Analytics.

Responsibilities Support operational reporting and data requests for employee data and make the service delivery process efficient Analyze Marvell’s talent data to standardize and create basic metrics that are easily accessible to HR Business Partners, HR COE SMEs and Marvell’s business leaders Work in partnership with IT to continue to build employee data in data warehouse making sure the data integrity and privacy is maintained Streamline data definitions, key metric calculations, and address any data gaps to enable pulling insights from data Design and build key dashboards using Power BI and make basic talent metrics easily accessible Support Marvell’s Inclusion & Diversity related data needs to publish externally and internally Support the Talent Acquisition initiatives and highlight the insights around requisitions, candidate funnel, and new hire trends Present crisp, actionable stories with insights to all levels of leadership.

Correlate findings with industry benchmarks where relevant to highlight the right areas to focus Partner with Head of People Analytics to design, deliver and analyze various employee survey data Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the People Analytics space making data dependable and available to apply in analytics Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in organizational psychology, analytics, human resources, or related field Excellent attention to details, passion for data accuracy and ability to think out of the box to make data practices more efficient Experience being part of the evolution / maturity of People Analytics organization Knowledge of employee survey design and building or applying right modelling to draw insights Strong business and human resources acumen, understanding internal and external market implications and relevance Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability of storytelling using data Comfortable presenting information and ideas to all levels of leaders Working experience and / or familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Workday or related tools Enthusiastic in staying up to date with innovation and market trends in the People Analytics space
