Work Experience : 10 to 18 Years

Place of Posting : Sector 62, Noida

Salary : Up to 30.0 Lac PA

The role entails leading the business of digital media and content solutions in the Research and Information Services (RIS) business unit of the company.

The incumbent will have the mandate to grow the existing client base in Search engine, social media, and digital content offerings, which includes leading brokerages and financial institutions in India and overseas.

The company works with about 150 large financial services firms in the area of website development, financial data, and research.

The offerings around digital media and content have been added to meet growing needs of financial services firms to leverage digital platforms for their long term growth and brand leadership.

It is widely recognized that a financial firm can create sustainable brand awareness by proactively investing in digital media as against advertising.

Hence the company is looking for a person to completely own and drive this initiative. The ideal candidate understands interplay of financial content and social media platforms, and has the ability to leverage these for branding and lead generation.

The person should have the ambition to rapidly grow and manage this revenue line and the drive to excel in an entrepreneurial environment.

Interlink all aspects of digital media search engine performance, social media management, content creation to deliver the best results.

Hands on experience in using tools like Google Analytics and execute relevant Micro-site strategy for content planning and diverting traffic on key digital channels.

Proven concept selling experience in digital media and content as tools to generate business results

Create and nurture key client accounts for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

Design and implement digital media and content initiatives in the financial services industry.

Build company brand and regularly update performance and key metrics to devise new strategies and programs for keeping loyal clients engaged.

Sales and business development experience at the senior management and CXO levels.

Proven ability to design and set up presales and sales support processes.

Sound knowledge of interlinking of all aspects of digital media search engine performance, social media management, content creation.

Ability to develop unique value propositions, business partnerships and sales campaigns for digital media solutions.

Work collaboratively with the delivery teams and guide them on being more client-focused and sales-oriented.

Proficiency in English language-both verbal and written- is a must
