Location : Ahmedabad Experience : 14+ years Salary Package : As per Industry Education : Bachelor or Master’s Degree in engineering, supply chain, computer science, manufacturing information technology or related discipline preferred;
  • equivalent experience considered Bachelor’s degree with MBA from premium college preferred Responsibilities : The Sales Head will be responsible for leading a sales team selling services Enterprise Web / Mobile Application, NextGen IT services Devops, Cloud, Dataops, RPA, IOT etc globally.

    He / She will be responsible for generating revenue & execution of sales strategies and ownership of all sales responsibilities by prospecting and selling efforts.

    Responsible for delivering sales growth through a defined sales process, leveraging the full capabilities of various ecosystem partners, alliances, consultants etc & increase global footprint.

    The incumbent will expand existing and future relationships by providing business solutions through customer-centric & outcome based selling techniques and the consultative sales process.

    Building & leading high performance & result oriented sales team Creating strategies for sales growth in alignment to company’s goals - achieving quarterly and annual sales quota targets Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executive Lead a Sales, Presales and Marketing team to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets globally Build and motivate an overachieving sales organization through effective resource deployment, recruitment, performance management and development of high performing talent.

    Engage to diversify service offering based on market research and working with C-suite within organisation to make plan You will engage team and ecosystem partners proactively to drive a business collaboration strategy and develop the action plans necessary to close business Collaborate with and amplify sales through the broader Global Sales and Marketing and channel teams.

    Sell and close major accounts / deals while leveraging sales teams. Provide direction to the sales and marketing operations team including overseeing programs to research to monitor competitive activities and provide information and support to global market managers and regional sales directors on new products and competitive analysis.

    Continually evaluate timely adjustment of marketing strategy and sales plans to meet changing market conditions. Implement and drive a disciplined selling process to systematically grow i.

    e selling techniques to quantify project ROI and structure commercial deals. Cultivate champions at Executive, LOB, IT, and Operational levels at target accounts for outcome-based sales Develop strong business & financial knowledge and its impact on potential business.

    Ensure thorough familiarity with policies and procedures relating to standards of business conduct and train / motivate sales teams in the importance of full compliance with the letter and spirit of such policies and procedures.
