Job Requirements :
The Test Lead is a senior testing professional whose primary function in a designated Application Portfolio, within a Practice, is to coordinate and supervise day to day activities as it relates to a Quality Roadmap / Strategy within the committed timeline and quality standards.
This role is accountable for managing highly cross-functional and complex testing efforts. This role is charged with the oversight of test estimation, test planning, test development, test execution, and risk impact analysis.
The Test Lead is responsible for developing a test strategy that identifies the required test approaches (e.g. manual, regression, automated and performance) and the resources (e.
g. people, technology, data) to adequately verify that the project delivers at the expected quality level.
