Job Responsibilities
The employee is expected to perform the following responsibilities :
Index Management Create indices based on different construction methodologies Work on index administration activities like weights computation, regular monitoring of launched indices, compliance to IOSCO principles etc.
Technical aspects : Developing documents like Functional Requirement Specifications, Business Requirement Specifications, etc.
Drafting test cases, undertake UAT testing, coordinate for deployment in production environment, etc.
Research initiatives for commodity / security markets Respond to regulatory requirements Coordinate research projects with external stakeholders Provide regular updates on global / domestic developments in financial markets, particularly commodity markets
Undertake data analysis, MIS reports along with brief notes Create reports for SEBI, Government bodies as per provided formats;
Undertake need-based reports / data analysis required for internal purposes Lead activities relating to automation of regular reports
Lead internal and external knowledge-sharing initiatives of the exchange Provide content for internal publications like periodicals, brochures, factsheets, FAQs, etc.
Ensuring timely updates on exchange website Write thematic articles, briefs, etc. for external publications like newspapers, magazines, research journals, etc.
