You will provide functional expertise and act as Sr. ERP Analyst and Solution Architect within Honeywell IT in one or multiple areas - Trade Compliance, Warehouse Management, Transportation Systems & Labelling solutions.
You will identify opportunities, design and deliver solutions by overseeing quality control throughout project life cycle.
You will oversee root cause analysis and ensure learning's are shared across the organization to improve productivity. You will enhance and deploy standard solutions across different service areas.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as Solution Architect required to identify improvement opportunities in Logistics (Warehouse Mgmt. Solutions & Transportation Systems) or Trade Compliance programs and propose reliable IT solutions
Design quality solutions that are complaint with Honeywell Standards
End to end accountability while delivering solutions
Manage customer expectations
Follow latest technology trends and consider while building solutions
Ensure solutions are evaluated by Cross Functional team
Ensure learnings are shared across the organization to enable higher productivity
Lead peers for timely execution of projects
YOU MUST HAVE :
Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years of experience in large IT programs; preferably in ERP or WMS systems (Manhattan, HighJump) or implementing Trade Compliance solutions (SAP GTS) or Transport Management Systems
Experience in at least 3 full life cycle deployments as a hands-on functional / solution architect
Ability to build detailed system design documents and provide design walkthrough to the technical team
Cross functional knowledge in Integrated Supply Chain
Excellent problem-solving skills - proven ability to analyze complex problems and break them down into action items
Wide and deep understanding of key functional areas with strong business acumen and customer focus
