Onboarding of Customers Training customers on ninjacart sales process - Ordering, delivery, Returns and collections Do’ and Don’t of customers - what will get them blocked or rewarded Help customers install ninjacart mobile app and train them to use order app No of training issues reported to central team by customers Process Violations by customers3.

    Retaining customer accounts Build a strong relationship with customers through trust and reliability - At no point, you should break customer trust Passion to solve customer problems and queries proactively Find ways to improve customer business genuinely - Customer walk-ins, sales, income or reduce cost Ensure daily orders from customers In case of drop in customer order frequency - do a root cause analysis, work with relevant internal stakeholders and get the customer back Customer should find value in each of your visit Growth in active customer base Weekly order per customer4.
