Roles & Responsibilities :
ï'· To forecast, plan and review monthly onsite recruitment targets.
ï'· Sourcing and other recruitment activities of US and other onsite (UK, Qatar,
APAC, ANZ) Staffing.
ï'· Well-versed with US visa rules and different types of hiring in US and other
ï'· Ability to identify fake candidates based on documents submitted
ï'· Has developed good network of candidates and partners in US.
ï'· Helping & guiding the team to achieve objectives and keep them motivated.
ï'· Training the team on the latest recruitment techniques.
ï'· Taking care of all paperwork (SOWs / POs renewals of candidates, MSA and
POs with partners) by liaising with Legal
ï'· Liaising with the technical managers to enable correct resource delivery
ï'· Building a relationship with offered resources to better the offered to joined
ï'· Partner with search specialists, as appropriate, to create sourcing strategy
for open positions.
ï'· Identify suitable partners for faster fulfilment
ï'· Knowledge of low-cost channels / sources.
ï'· Handling End to End Recruitment in all domains.
ï'· Coordinating with the Account Manager / Delivery Manager.
ï'· Continuously improve on service levels offered to customers in terms of
Turnaround time for requests & SLA adherence metrics & Customer
ï'· Recruitments handling in the areas of Microsoft Dynamics, MS, OS, Test, BI,
IMS and other technologies.
ï'· Actively involved in improving the recruitment process.
ï'· Liaising with all the recruitment agencies and closing the requirements in
ï'· Generation of various reports with regard to the recruitment Analysis.
Preparing metrics for recruitment.
ï'· Adhering at all times to the highest level of integrity in all placement
