The purpose of this job is to be a part of the digital marketing team of a fast-growing online first Ayurvedic products brand and actively work on the digital promotion and campaigns of the brandDevelop and manage digital marketing campaignsOversee the social media strategy of the brand and work with an agencyPeriodically run website audits for the company s websites and pass on feedback to the tech teamOversee and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Quora, Youtube, etc.

Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reportsAttain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversionContinually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)Fix any errors or bugs in online contentEdit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sitesCreate online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad managementWrite copy for email marketing campaignsIdentify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketingAttend networking eventsEducation Qualifications : Minimum Graduate, PG & MBA preferred    Experience & Skills : Minimum of 1-2 years work experienceE-commerce experience preferredConsumer good experience preferredProficiency in MS office and online tools for digital marketingAbility to communicate in Hindi and English Skills : - PPC, Google Adwords, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
