What are we looking for?
automotiveMastermind is looking for a SQL developer who wants to get his / her hands dirty with development and production tasks in our fast-paced, deadline-oriented Predictive Marketing department.
This position is a mix of SQL development (writing queries, creating stored procedures and functions, creating and altering tables, creating and tuning indexes) and working with marketing managers to develop personalized print and email campaigns.
Our Predictive Marketing department follows a monthly marketing cycle that includes building new campaigns, updating existing campaigns, and delivering email and printed mail.
Responsibilities of this role include building and updating data transformations to assemble content and drive asset generation processes, assist with reporting (within and outside the department), and provide creative solutions to new and constantly changing requirements.
What You'll Do...
A day in the life for this role includes meeting with the team to understand new requirements, brainstorming potential solutions, and gathering details for development.
And sometimes, the lucky candidate will even get to spend an entire day head-down writing code. But that's the exception, not the rule.
This is not a good role for quiet types who like to work alone.
