WebMethods Admin portal features Package management, user management, security and messaging
Manages the configuration of the major webMethods components such as Integrations Server, Broker, My webMethods Server (MWS)
Oversees the management of webMethods user accounts, network rights
Ensures server integrity and availability by monitoring operational metrics.
Knowledge of XML, XSD, JSON
Knowledge on SAG webMethods product suites 10.x(EAI, B2b & BPM).
EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
Deploy integrations to production environment for WebMethods.
Liaison to vendors to gather Interface requirements and perform Interface testing.
High service level expectations in support for integrations and the user community.
Ability to translate business problems and opportunities into plans of action including scope and delivery strategy.
System requirement analysis, including documenting current and future state business processes, and analyzing their interaction and interdependencies to support process design.
Analyze business and IT issues, including process inefficiencies and systems problems.
Continuously evaluate system and processes and look for ways to streamline and drive efficiencies.
Able to work with users in the HR and IT community to collaboratively evaluate solutions and alternatives.
Liaise with users to ensure deliverables are meeting or exceeding expectations.
Read instructions and setup / install tools on servers
Addressing to critical issues during weekends if any
Demonstrated understanding of cross functional processes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
3 Years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
3 Years of UNIX or Linux system administration support
3 Years of experience on webMethods Support and Development
Command of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts
Open to learn and support multiple technologies
