Manages the Custodial Maintenance services to ensure Clean & Hygienic work environment
Monitor and ensure proper Building Upkeep activities are conducted at the Premises as per specifications.
Brief all staff regarding their duties, designated areas and special instructions if any.
Create awareness and train all staff regarding methods and the specifications, and to inform them of any changes in routines or specifications.
Submit the various checklists to the Asst. Manager- Housekeeping, at the frequency instructed in the suggested formats.
De-brief all supervised staff at the end of each shift.
Monitor that the staff is cleaning in the required manner in order to ensure that the surfaces are maintained in the best possible way and to enhance their longevity.
Inform all discrepancies and maintenance requirements brought to notice by the staff and by the own observations to the Asst.
Manager Soft Services promptly.
Ensure discipline, proper attire and etiquette in the staff under them.
Ensure that janitor closets and storage areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
