The head of strategic partnerships is well embedded in the partner landscape and identifies key partners with similar synergy and interests to help Refyne grow its business through multiple business models and Joint Go to Market strategies.
This position maintains the highest partner satisfaction levels by addressing the partner inquiries, concerns, and requests timely and accurately.
They also analyze current industry trends to identify business opportunities & business owners that would generate revenue resources and profitability.
A director of strategic partnerships supports the project management team to implement policies and procedures to boost business productivity, as well as developing techniques to attract potential clients.
Using method-driven approaches and processes to identify & drive results through key partnerships.
Develops and implements a partnership strategy to increase the reach and impact of organizational efforts across such organizations.
Builds more strategic partnerships with target partners with similar synergy and is responsible for revenue generation from those partners.
Builds multiple partner business models and is responsible for standardizing these models with larger predictability.
Coordinates the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners and supporters, and, where relevant, leverages those relationships to greater collective impact.
Conceptualises new strategic initiatives that could be built around or benefit from corporate, bilateral organizations, or other partnerships.
Drives a relationship management program to support partners and government agencies.
Identifies possible sources of financial support, establishes new relationships and submits proposals as needed.
Joins partners to address opportunities that may have arrived from their customers with the sales team.
Experience of 12+ years in coordinating the management of ongoing relationships with existing partners, supporters, and, where relevant, leveraging those relationships for greater collective impact
