JOB DESCRIPTION :
Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
The role will be doing Consumer evaluationfor home care products, this would include understanding business requirements,designing consumer tests, reporting results and managing stakeholders.
Thestudy types can include qualitative, quantitative and sensory testing whichwill span all types of consumer testing done by CTI such as Product testing,Pack testing, Claims testing etc.
Understanding business needs and crafting the Consumer testingplans to help the business in achieving these objectives.
Handling consumer testing from start to finish through-Designing the brief, getting proposals from the agency, Commissioning the study,Designing the instrument for the study and working on the report with theagency & cascading the results to the team.
Working with project team, global counterparts, Consumer MarketInsight team & agencies to ensure seamless delivery on the project.
Aligning with all CI teams to have a single view point on theConsumer testing plans as well as interpretation of the results.
Fellow R&D Associates, global teams, Project team, TechnicalProject Leader, Marketing, CMI, Other RegionalCTI teams
Key Criteria for Preference
Consumer research and insights experience worked on bothqualitative and quantitative research with larger focus on the latter
No of relevant experience 5 to 8 years
Good communication skills (verbal / written / presentation)
Excellent influencing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Attention to detail and good analytical power
Aptitude for problem solving
Proven Project management skills
Drive, energy to make a real contribution
Pro active and enthusiastic approach
Good command over MS word, Excel and Power Point
