We are looking for an Operations Lead to join the Sales Finance team at Nissan Digital India (NDI) hub located at Trivandrum.
This team at NDI is part of a global Sales Finance team working on various MDM and BI initiatives, loan origination systems, Salesforce.
com initiatives etc. You will lead operations capability for a region having a demonstrable track record of running operations in reasonable capacity.
The role demands communication and collaboration with multiple global teams, and may require limited travelling to other Nissan locations based on initiative needs.
Lead and enhance (where required) an operations team that is responsible for handling incidents corresponding to BI solutions deployed across global regions
Develop a deep understanding of the sales finance IT landscape for the concerned region
Administer and monitor regular daily / weekly / monthly tickets and incidents
Define and update Service Level Agreements with vendor partners and in-house teams in accordance with customer expectations
Design, implement and ensure efficient maintenance and ensure compliance to all disaster recovery plans
Conduct and oversee appropriate testing and plan training to upgrade product quality and standardize all artefacts
Assist technology teams and vendor partners to check and ensure resolution of all incidents in a timely manner
Determine availability of IT systems and network. Review security and backup for recovering systems
Design and maintain IT processes according to operation policies through standardization of methods
Maintain and prepare documentation for various activities and ensure availability of backup to retrieve data in case of emergency
Participate in operations meetings and manage communication, technical direction and initiatives
Plan for upgrade to systems and escalate issues, where required
Prepare designs and evaluate all balancing functions as required by IT departments and other functional areas
Prepare and review all Service Level and Operation Metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery
