Manager - Institutional Sales : Only from Education Sector will be considered Job brief We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to develop market through revenue generation & growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the management.
This position is for our Subsidiary company Flipick Private Limited. Responsibilities : ¢ Identify and acquire new institutional partners plus retain and grow the existing business through key account management.
To be achieved through in-person meetings and calls on a daily basis.
¢ Market interactions and quality client engagement will be a key parameter. ¢ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
¢ Analyse & segment your region, develop robust sales coverage, communication & promotion plans; be a pro-active source of information about customers, competitors & market developments.
¢ Overall revenue responsibility in the defined geographic Region Build and grow relationships with key Institutions in the region by being the trusted advisor for their academic development and Industry outreach.
¢ Represent and articulate the value proposition of Flipick s offerings as well as understanding their requirements and mapping our solutions to their requirements.
¢ Create compelling and quality proposals in sync with the institution needs to bring the sale to closure. ¢ Oversee all aspects of on-
the-ground execution & delivery in the region in keeping with the highest standards of company by coordination with HO. ¢ Follow through the billing and payment collection with the clients on solutions sold.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status ¢ Thoroughly understand the product line, including, but not limited to : features, benefits, compatibility, pricing / configuration, application.
¢ Ensure accuracy of maintaining the data and sales & activity reporting for your region as per the sales management & reporting systems defined from time-
to-time. Requirements ¢ BE / MBA ¢ At least 3-5 years experience in Institutional sales ¢ Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in e-
learning ¢ Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences ¢ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization ¢ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close ¢ Willingness to travel and be on the road ¢ Strong business sense and industry expertise ¢ Key Account management, Institutional sales & business partner management Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Skills : -
