You will be joining our Customer Care Team to add your expertise +skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence
Utilizing your demonstrated superior Sea Logistics product +trade knowledge this role is primarily tasked with developing +diversifying business so that income increases, guaranteeing the future growth of the organization.
To develop the LCL portfolio in Bangalore in line with the annual budget.
To support product in developing existing and new SACO lanes as agreed with the management
To actively promote LCL product Initiatives and setup / oversee active marketing of LCL
Develop strong customer pipeline, expected to maintain 10 times the annual target
Identify new opportunities from market for value additions offered by product
Maintain internal data update in the software, with regular updates on opportunities and activity
To provide best in customer onboarding expereince
Your Skills and Experiences
4-10 years of experience in Freight forwarding sales background
Graduate from recognized university, having a degree in logistics and supply chain management will be added advantage
Strong commercial accumen and analytical skills
Technical knowledge of building LCL Consol Boxes
Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts on internal and external level.
