System Specialist daily activities include, but are not limited to, creating business process automations with primary focus on our M&A GTM Integrations.
This role will work in an Agile team setting and drive the design, creation, delivery of new functionalities as well as maintenance and support.
You must be passionate about learning new technologies, be agile and able to manage between multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate great team player characteristics and communication skills.
Responsibilities : Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical / functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases Manage programs and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution Perform tasks related to the day-to-day operations of several large implementations of Salesforce including managing user access, sharing model, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, workflows, process builder and Lightning flows,validation rules and page layouts.
Ability to engage with self awareness as required to avoid conflicts with customers based on personality differences and to make suggestions in a manner that is more likely to result in a desired outcome Good project management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects / tasks across various user groups Experience with Salesforce developer toolkit including Force.
