Marketing Lead at Repos will analyse consumer insights, craft plans for our creative team and develop guidelines to promote our company across various channels.
You should have extensive experience with Marketing Management and a good understanding of our industry. Ultimately, you will ensure our brand message and tone are consistent across all our Stakeholders including all channels
Understand business model, goals and strategy.
Develop and lead product marketing strategy across the entire funnel from awareness to comprehension, trial, usage and retention.
Build and execute marketing programs in collaboration within the teams.
Perform market research and quantitative analyses to discover customer insights.
Conduct business analysis and other analytical activities to support Marketing strategy.
Support executive communication within Marketing and to other cross-functional teams.
Work with a large group of stakeholders effectively across local, regional and global teams.
Gather feedback from sales and analyse consumer behaviour to define our company's positioning.
Craft our differentiation strategy. Plan marketing initiatives (branding, communications etc.) to ensure projection of product / services as per desired outcome.
Take innovative marketing initiatives and design campaigns that will build the brand and develop business opportunities.
Create guidelines that define our company's voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans).
Brief our creative team about marketing projects they'll be working on.
Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses.
Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets.
Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events.
Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges.
Work experience as a Lead or Manager or similar role in Marketing.
Strong history of having brought in innovations and out-of-the-box thinking in previous roles.
Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation.
Data-driven thinking and Creativity.
Communication and writing skills.
