Your responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Works closely together with the SFE Function Head (and in conjunction with matrix Regional Account Director) to shape and develop the Novartis SFE function and address evolving business and customer needs.
Manages an efficient and high-quality SFE team that promotes synergy and best practice sharing among resources, drives collaboration with Country Organizations in managing high standards of communication and delivering best in class services
Provides guidance in methodologies, processes and SOPs to enable creation and enhancement of deliverables in following areas :
Incentive Calculation Management and Reporting : Incentive design and payout calculation Target setting validation Target vs achievement calculation
Call Planning and Targeting
Market & Sales Analytics Periodic sales reports based on KPIs e.g. MS, growth, units, value, YTD, SOV, contribution etc.
Ad-hoc sales & market analysis report
Activity Reports Call coverage, call average, call trend, coaching days, vacancy rate, productive frequency Customer satisfaction surveys
Data Reconciliation Reports
Takes initiative to drive standardization of reports across markets within SFE team and work with CPOs towards its implementation.
Works towards build-up of functional capabilities to expedite transition of value added projects from Global Brand Teams / Country Organizations to CSP Hyderabad
Establishes, vigorously monitors and report KPIs & take proactive action to continuously strive for improvements. Manage the Service Level Agreements with various customer stakeholder groups.
Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal CSP associates, and global customers through regular local and global updates with focus on ac-accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes, key events, etc.
Identifies and resolves operational issues, clearly articulate potential recommendations / solutions to local or global managers / partners;
manage number of escalations to global office. Works with other teams (Forecasting, Business Analytics etc) at CSP Hyderabad to leverage the cross-functional synergies
Is proactive in planning; anticipating change and acting in accordance; drive meticulous implementation of team goals and metrics.
Grooms and develops talent, implements succession planning and mentor associates for higher responsibilities. Conducts performance appraisal of team members and manage the training needs of the group.
What you’ll bring to the role :
MBA with Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering / Pharmacy / Science / Statistics or related fields
Overall 6+ years of experience, with 4+ years in FFO / related analytics function with a leading pharma company / service provider and at least 2+ years’ experience in leading a team
Past work reflects a track record of operational excellence in FFO space
Understanding complexity of working in an off-shored environment with 2+ years of international exposure
Familiarity with process set-up, quality KPIs and operational issues / management
Number of associates : 12-15 direct reports
