The Red Hat Global Learning Services (GLS) team is looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join us in Bangalore, India.
In this role, you will be part of the Learner Experience team, providing timely technical support to our students with respect to their queries on Red Hat’s online training, course-
related guided lab exercises, and certification. You'll continuously learn and deepen your knowledge of Red Hat’s solutions.
