Job Description

1.To achieve sales targets as required by the company for the area allotted in the Dealers / Sub-dealers segments for wellness Bathroom products like wellness & bathroom products whirlpool bathtub, spa tub, steam shower cabins, shower columns, steam generator, home swimming pools .

Develop new business opportunity, such as new customers, new market.

2.To promote our Sanitary ware in the assigned region.

3.To build up and develop close relationship existing dealers / sub-dealers. Good at Dealer networking.

4.To appoint new dealers / sub-dealers in the unrepresented market. Visiting potential customers for new business and developing and maintaining relationships.

5.To ensure secondary sales generation to support existing / new dealers / sub-dealers.

6.To estimate segment wise, size wise market share analysis of assigned region and report the same.

7.To maintain a detailed database of dealers and sub-dealers.

8.To ensure proper marketing activities such as Dealers, Architects & Plumber meets.

9.To report competitor's activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures.
