Below is the detailed job description :

  • This role emphasizes aggressively establishing new relationships with Corporate Clients / Recruitment Agencies and generating revenue for the company;
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing action plans that will lead to successful signing of new business contracts with Corporates / Recruitment Agencies

  • You will act as a business consultant to establish credibility with prospects through an understanding of their business issues and present logical, economically beneficial solutions.
  • This will lead cross-functional and multi-level teams to face-off with the prospect.
  • Maintaining excellent networking & liaising with clients
  • Developing business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company revenue goals and profitability.
  • Business Development from new and existing clients / companies. Selling the recruitment services, manpower solutions, branding and advertising solutions of Shine
  • Drafting Proposals & Agreements by analyzing client's business / functional requirements & presenting business proposals to targeted brands on face to face meetings
  • Price Negotiations and closing the deals.
  • Preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of business development leads and prospects.
  • Completing competitive analysis for the department head's review.
