What you’ll be doing TTEC is currently searching for an experienced Oracle Human Resource / Benefits Analyst who has at least two full cycle implementation experience (Oracle R12 is a must).

This analyst will be responsible for business process improvement and operation support opportunities for TTEC's Oracle Human Resource / Payroll modules.

The Analyst must be a team player and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

  • Maintaining support tickets within SLA including effective utilization of Oracle Support Service
  • Troubleshooting Oracle HR related ticket to support human capital shared service
  • Detail knowledge of employee hire-to-retire lifecycle
  • Detail knowledge of ESS and MSS portal and associated workflows
  • Supporting customization for employee data
  • Supporting HC specific inbound and outbound interfaces such as Kronos, Payroll Systems
  • Troubleshooting of interfaces , packages and workflows
  • Participate and contribute in solution architecture related discussions
  • Ability to understand end-to-end business process and performing Root Cause Analysis
  • Supporting critical benefit related issues and activities for a global organization structure located in multiple time-zones (individual employee issues, web ADI uploads, etc.)
  • Technical analysis of critical patch update, RUP patches
  • What you’ll need to be successful

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in System Engineering or Computer Science required
  • Minimum 4 / 5 years experience with Oracle EBS applications (preferably HCM modules)
  • Experience in Oracle tech stack ( PL / SQL , OAF, ADF, Workflows, BEML )
  • Detail understanding of Oracle EBS function security , menu , responsibility
  • Detail understanding of Oracle API, Web ADI’s and concurrent managers
  • Good understanding of Oracle HCM system architecture
  • Creation of test scripts as per AIM / OUM
  • Good understanding of Oracle HCM / Benefits organization design concepts (US and Global)
  • Working knowledge with most Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Nice to haves

  • Some experience or knowledge in Human Capital domain
  • Exposure to Six Sigma or any other quality control process
  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with peer groups
