These roles are Client Facing and have a direct impact onConsulting. Working closely with our clients, Oracle Consulting professionalsdesign, build and implement strategic Solutions that can help enhance Client businessperformance.
Your Role :

Specificresponsibilities may include:
Support project teams engaged in the successful delivery of awide range of Digital Finance initiatives, aligning finance with businessstrategy.
Work with management to develop Digital Finance strategiesby doing the following:
·Helping define end-to-end finance processes(e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report)
·Supporting management in implementing end-to-endCloud ERP and Enterprise Value business solutions for our clients as part ofthe broader Digital Finance strategy
·Helping develop approach to implement digitaltechnology and finance applications to improve operational efficiency andeffectiveness
·Provide support to management on businessdevelopment initiatives, including developing client proposals and buildingstrong relationships with Oracle clients
·Support development of the Oracles IP by drivinginitiatives around market research, Points-of-View, capability development,thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
·Maintain an understanding of and continuouslylearn about advancements in regulations, technology and innovations acrossFinance & Accounting, more specifically, Digital Finance and the broaderfinancial services marketplace.

Minimum of 12 years of combined finance and ERP consultingimplementing experience. Experience must include:
·Solid understanding of the Finance function,operating models and supporting organization structures, and process bestpractices
·Solid project management experience including:defining scope, setting project timelines and milestone, driving deliverables,identifying risks, managing issues, and client relationship management
·Working knowledge of Finance technologies, vizEBS R12 & Fusion (General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), AccountsReceivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management(CE))
·Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate withclients, lead key requirement workshops, document and understand requirements
·Strong competence in developing presentationsrequired (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))
·Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Commerce,Advanced Degree like a CA, CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance is desirable
·ERP technology implementation (Oracle)
·Experience with Finance technologies suchasEBS R12 &Fusion
·Products Industry experience(Telecommunications, Banking and Financial Services, Public Sector Retail,Engineering and Construction, Professional services)

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
