You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and bringing them onboard.

You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.

Responsibilities : - Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.- Attracting suitable candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referral etc.

  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.- Reaching out to passive top talent through different sources.
  • Conducting whole interview process until offer.- Engaging with candidate till joining.- Regular hiring reviews with hiring manager.
  • Handling candidate onboarding and offboarding.- Employee Lifecycle Management.- Employee Engagement and Communication.- Preparing payroll inputs and ensuring timely closure of Full & Final Settlements- Leave tracking and audits.
  • Promoting company s reputation Requirements : - Bachelor's degree or equivalent (engineering / IT background preferred)- 2-5 years of experience as an HR or recruiter.
  • Prior experience with ATS and resume database.- Proficiency in MS Office.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.- Very high sense of ownership.
