Monitoring and controlling the HT & LT voltage panels, Fire Equipment, all Air handling units (AHU), Fan coil unit (FCU), Treated fresh air (TFA).
Special attention in handling of highly flammable materials, oil, HSD, LPG and chemicals.
Carrying out preventive maintenance of Chillers, hot water generator and Boilers carried as per instruction manuals.
Maintenance and monitoring of the quality of water through water filters for the swimming pool, and soft water for drinking and other use.
Handling and maintenance of spares, lubes, fuel etc in the Engineering Store; which is a critical area in the maintenance of zero breakdowns level and deliver instant results.
Maintained records of all equipment as per SOP.
Handling BMS SYSTEMS for HVAC, Preventive Measures and breakdowns installed in the property.
Thorough knowledge of electrical wiring and panels used in various applications.
Prepare the Daily HLP & Monthly HLP report, Co-operate report,
Prepare the Work Orders and their completion certificates for work by Vendors, Contractors
Keep the records of Engineering store items.
Keep the records of all vendors', quotations & bills.
Keep the records of all equipment test reports.
B.Tech Electrical / Mechanical mandatory with good people management skills.
Must have a minimum experience of more than 10 years in the real estate industry.
