Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment :
Handling end to end recruitment cycle for all level positions & as per business demands. Employing different strategies for recruitment of various companies.
Understanding clients requirement
JD Defining / Writing
Finding prospective and suitable candidates
Headhunting through personal and industrial network
Conduct search for top-notch candidates from the database, through head hunting, pre-screen him / her, set up interviews and continues the process till the client organization finds the right individual
Ability to negotiate rates / salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.
Communicating with the prospective candidates
Short listing candidates for lining up for Interview
Provide highest quality standards and the most comprehensive research to assist clients in attaining their strategic human resource goals and to assist job aspirants in achieving their personal career goal
2. Client Relationship Management :
Responsible for Handling Key Accounts
Post interview co ordination with the client
Account Management of the existing clients
Account Mining - Bring in new business units from the existing clients
New client hand holding by ensuring service levels are met with expectations.
Handling client challenges & resolving it within TAT.
New Clients development and relationship building with client
Ensuring Client satisfaction and Client retention.
Build solid and far-reaching relationships with the clients to understand their requirements
Generate leads from all possible sources
Review of service quality with client.
Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market.
Negotiate with clients resulting in a positive revenue stream for the business.
Meeting Business Development KPIs; marketing calls, client meetings.
3. Process Development :
Identifying the lacuna in talent acquisition team
Process reengineering and designing for Talent Acquisition Team
Defining and implementing new strategies for Talent Acquisition Team
4. Team Building & Development :
Identifying the competency of individual team members
Developing individual team members
Succession planning for team members and implementing long term career development strategies for individual team members.
Responsible to lead large Delivery team across locations.
Responsible for overall productivity of the team
Coaching and guiding team members to do their best and sharing feedback at regular intervals..
