Manage theinclusion / exclusion of systems in periodic reviews as part of the certificationcampaign as per Access Management guidelines.
Facilitate and managethe various types of certifications end to end, monitoring and trackingprogress, addressing queries and following up outstanding reviews to seek toachieve 100% completion rates.
Investigate andreport issues according to procedures and maintain ownership through toresolution.
Perform BAUactivities which include Orphan and Glossary Remediation
Serve as a globalpoint of contact providing advice for the business and application teams on allAccess Management functional and non-
functional requirements to ensurecompliance with policies.
Liaise with systemchange and development teams to oversee the design and implementation of systemsecurity schema data extracts to facilitate Identity Access Management keycontrols, including but not limited to recertification and segregation ofduties.
Liaise with projectmanagers and key stakeholders of assigned projects, ensuring all assigned tasksare completed as per project plans.
Effectivelycommunicate status on key deliverables.
Research, evaluateand identify Identity & Access Management enhancement opportunities tomaintain or surpass industry standards, such as improved automation.
Assist withdeveloping and implementing Identity & Access Management strategies.
Support Identity& Access Management controls and processes in accordance with regulatorystandards.
Identify potentialsecurity exposures of the business and recommend corrective action.
Provide SME guidanceon IT Security to all lines of business.
Maintain internalcontrol standards, including timely implementation of internal and externalaudit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
reportcontrol weaknesses; compliance breaches and operational loss events.
Experience working in and strong knowledge of Access Management in a financial environment.
Bilingually fluent in English / Spanish. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience of adapting style and approach to the targeted audience.
