Assistant Sales Manager
Experience : 4 - 9 Years in IT Sales
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly achievement of revenue, gross margin, aging and working capital targets
Will be responsible for building and leading a sales team in region and around the country.
Able to collaborate with various cross functional teams in sales, buying, operations, claims and finance.
Maintain Vendor relationship at all levels and should be able to communicate and drive key priorities with vendors.
Execute sales strategy and tactics that maximize opportunity in specific industry verticals.
Having in-depth understanding of DSO, DIO and DPO is a must.
Able to own and drive any new initiatives undertaken by the company from time to time.
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication and Relationship Management Skill is a must.
The ideal candidate should have
excellent Customer relationship and people management skills with a strong knack of navigating and extracting value out of in-country and global cross - matrix organization.
Deep knowledge of Enterprise segment, Government customers and bidding process, understanding of trends and the impact of technology on these trends
