To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials :
Qualification & Experience :
Minimum 6 8 years of experience.
Bachelor's in Commerce / Science / Management / Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) - Human Resources or related discipline
Demonstrable experience in recruiting / staffing experience in a corporate, professional services / consulting, or any engineering industry.
Preferably experienced in Engineering Consulting Industry, RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) or an in-house recruitment
Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities;
Arcadis GEC India Business leads Interaction to determine the recruiting plans and strategy and further follow-up meetings
HR Team engaging to collect information, Documentation and provide reports pertaining to recruitment outcomes.
Lead Recruiter / Taleo administrator liaising on Headcount growth target, recruitment strategies, planning and further recruitment outcome report, global recruitment overview reports, Taleo update and other sourcing channel.
Manage full cycle recruitment activities by aligning with as per the business line hiring target.
Oversee and mentor junior members to achieve effective strategies & workable action plan.
Take responsibility for your own safety and understand Arcadis Health and Safety Principles
Perform role in accordance with the Arcadis behavioral framework
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans for assigned business line
Liaisons with Stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs as per the business line.
AI Enabled Sourcing results through the sourcing partner for better recruitment outcomes.
Build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping / sourcing candidates.
Collaborating towards the digital campaign by being more active in Social media and professional networking portals like (LinkedIn, Twitter and Internal networking through Yammer) etc.
Collate candidate expenditure documentation, identify variances and process further for final approval.
Contribute to a range of internal assignments and monitor and review work undertaken by more junior colleagues, in order to ensure programme of work are undertaken and hiring milestones are met.
Provide support in gathering of recruitment information, analyzing key themes, trends and make recommendations within the area of expertise.
Assess and evaluate business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
Consulting, advising & challenging the hiring managers on the selection of candidates throughout the end-to-end process and Emolument of negotiation, rolling out offer letter.
Prior experience in working on internal applicant tracking system (Taleo), ensuring that all candidates and applicants are properly tracked and have a disposition reason.
Maintain active relationships with external vendors and agencies to fulfil hiring needs
Prior experience in developing sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and who can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Self-driven, highly organized with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines
Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing channel utilisation like networking, on-line and off-line advertising, internet search (data mining), database searching and the use of Social Media in addition to utilising relevant recruitment partner / AI enabled sourcing channels.
Experience of working in Recruitment - ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or vacancy management systems e. g. Taleo, Workday, etc.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
