Replicon is looking for a Graphic Designer with a good B2B portfolio that demonstrates mastery in all aspects of visual communication, digital, and graphic design.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will collaborate with our senior graphic designer and copywriter on all of our internal and customer-facing marketing materials.

As a critical part of our marketing team, you will help us establish the style and tone of all our communications. You should either be working or be flexible to work during the North American Shifts .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Uphold and enhance the design parameters (style guide) and specifications for all Replicon creative
  • Create and / or assist in the creation of marketing materials including : Website pages Landing pages and emailers for digital marketing and campaigns Infographics Datasheets Ebook layouts and imagery Content templates Corporate presentations Promotional videos Trade show booth layout and swag - t-shirts, posters, print collateral
  • Ensure all creative, marketing, and corporate materials conform to brand standards for consistency in visual identity, messaging and positioning including voice and personality
  • Key Qualifications :

  • Degree in Graphic Design or related studies
  • Minimum of 3 years professional design experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite : Illustrator, XD(or Sketch), Photoshop, Indesign
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of graphic design, digital / print design, and audiovisual arts
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and WordPress is a plus
  • Experience with video editing software (like Camtasia) is a plus
  • You are :

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage time and projects
  • Someone who works well under pressure with tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality
  • Able to work effectively with executive management teams and cross-functional teams, including offshore web development teams
  • Enthusiastic and have a deep understanding of emerging design trends and innovations
  • Able to take initial direction and work independently to achieve concept
  • Proactive in seeing projects through completion
  • Flexible in receiving and implementing feedback
