  • Process Overview

    Global Business Continuity & Recovery GBCR : - GBCR team provides BC Planning, LOB Engagement, Response, Testing, Governance and Awareness support to LOBs and Enterprise functions in BACI & Vendors.

    The team is spread across HYD, GGN, MUM and CHN to provide adequate coverage for response and LOB / Vendor engagement. GBCR standards Planning / Response / Testing / Governance guide the implementation of Business continuity program in BA Continuum and SPSRD govern the vendor BCP requirements

    Job Description

    Individual should be responsible for driving the business continuity requirements as per GBCR standards. As part of the role as Governance and Quality Review support , the individual should perform Quality Review assessments as per program requirement, work on various control reports, Governance and validation of Process health dashboards , assist Compliance testing and support any global requirements.

    Individual should also be able to drive value adding projects and strategic initiatives within the team.

    Responsibilities

  • Perform Quality Review of assessment of recovery plans across front line units , function and application severity levels
  • Comprehensive gap finding compilation and reporting
  • Perform various Governance activities / reports to ensure compliance
  • Process Health dashboards
  • Monitor compliance against the controls
  • Regular connects with onshore Quality review team
  • Drive value adding special projects / initiatives
  • Partner with Internal teams for program enhancement
  • Requirements*

  • Education - Should have a bachelor degree
  • Certifications If Any
  • Experience Range - Prior Business Continuity experience / exposure. Overall 3-5 Yrs. expr; Good understanding of GBS organization
  • Mandatory skills - Good Communication, Proficiency in Excel, analytical ability, Attention to detail and drive for accuracy, Self-driven, Ability to handle pressure and deliver under stringent timelines.
  • Desired skills - Business continuity knowledge and Power Point Skills
  • Work Timings - 12.30hrs to 2130hrs (Flexible basis function requirements)
