This role will support MDs in growing the South Asia practice by originating revenue, executing high quality work that ensures overall client satisfaction and mentoring and growing the local team.

Indian expats based in India for several years.
Conduct business development amongst key clients across major service areas
Introduce Kroll to potential clients across key segments (e.g., law firms, corporations, private equity firms, private sector banks etc.
and all channels : o o o

Grow relationships with key government and regulatory bodies (e.g., RBI, CCI, SEBI etc.) to build Kroll’s brand
Represent Kroll at industry events, conferences etc.
Manage delivery of reports to clients to ensure overall client satisfaction
Help manage overall office operations
Refine Kroll’s strategy (e.g., service and price offering, marketing materials etc.) based on inputs from clients.
Mentor junior members of the team in areas of project management and client interfacing.
Report progress and challenges to MDs
Consolidate network of new and existing subcontractors
Identify subs across a range of capabilities (e.g., IP, DD, fraud etc.)
o o Requirements :
12-15 years of experience in a top-tier company in a risk consulting or related industry e.g., banking, accountancy, consulting, law, corporate industry in India
At least 4 years of business development experience, and 2-3 years international experience
based outside India) or significant experience working with international clients.
Advanced degree in related industry (e.g., law, finance, business management, economics)
from top-tier (top 5%) University in India or abroad.
Self-starter, entrepreneurial personality
Possesses an excellent network of potential clients due to his / her professional / academic / social background.
Possesses a global perspective; being open to new ideas, issues and solutions and find new ideas to grow the business.
High energy and amiable person who can work within a team.
Proven ability to lead a variety of initiatives including business development, recruitment and managing clients.
High ethical standard, meeting Kroll requirements, in conducting investigative and / or consulting assignments.
Familiarity with local and key US, UK compliance laws.
