Job Description for EIR / AVP, Offline GrowthPlanetSpark : Â To deliver 8 Crore revenue across 35 Learn-Zones ( 4000 enrollments) over calendar year 2020 (Jan- 20 to Dec- 20) and to set up a high performing offline growth team to generate offline parent leads through BTL activities, Offline Marketing & strategic partnershipsOutcomes : Â A) Deliver 8 Crore revenue from Jan to Dec - 2020- Q1 : 72.

5L, Q2 : 1.5Cr, Q3 : 2.5Cr & Q4 : 3.5Cr- Generate 4000 enrollments across PlanetSpark Gurgaon Learn Zones with average ticket size as 20k per enrollmentB) Set up & Lead a team of 15 BTL executives across Gurgaon within 45 days of joining - Hire 15 - A Players as BTL executives along with recruitment team within 45 days- Train, Motivate, Lead & work individually with the team to achieve the revenue targetsC) Do strategic tie ups with Schools / Institutions for mass lead gen through - Gurgaon Talent Hunt or any other use case- 2 Tie ups in a month by March, 4 Tie ups in a month by June and 8 Tie ups in a month by Dec i.e.

  • 66 School Tie ups for running - Gurgaon Talent Hunt- or other activationsD) Roles and Responsibilities : - The AVP, Marketing will be the sole custodian and manage the brand identity and positioning, across categories and channels- Partner with Schools and generate leads for the sales team- Deep understanding of BTL / Offline marketing, and be able to build the right plans from concept to execution.
  • Be responsible for lead generation through all offline modes- Manage brand building campaigns, influencers and build from concept to execution with key focus on measurements and outcomes.
  • Oversee all Offline Marketing initiatives, ATL / BTL activities.- Be comfortable with data and deriving insights that can translate into effective communication- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgetsE) What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?
