Emtec is seeking an Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Lead / Senior Consultant who can understand business requirements, functional specifications. The Consultant will :
Conduct Requirement Gathering / CRP / UAT sessions with client and onsite team
Work with Client & Emtec Onsite teams to configure the system and resolve the issues resulting post implementation
Impact analysis and propose solutions for the enhancement requests
Perform Unit / System Integration testing
Good understanding of all the FIN modules GL, AP, AR, CM, FA
Must Have Skills :
Minimum experience of 6-11 years in IT that includes :
Extensive Oracle EBS / Fusion Financials Functional experience
Strong experience in Oracle Apps R12 FIN implementation and minimum 1 or 2 Fusion project implementation experience is a must
Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle EBS financials (R11i & R12) / Fusion Financials modules such as AR / AP / GL / FA / CM
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process
Prior experience in managing activities such as Configurations & Migrations with due process adherence
Experience in providing estimates and responses for RFPs
CA / MBA-Finance / BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc Computers or equivalent
Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of Oracle Reporting tools such as FRS, SmartView and languages such as SQL or PL / SQL
Professional Skills :
Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Strong team and individual player
Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention
Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues
