The Role will be responsible for managing team of Team Leaders & Telesales executives and drive the Telesales Model.
Its Includes the responsibility to Train & Develop team to achieve the sales targets, Also ensure the minimum attrition & Process laps as per company policies
Job Role :
Managing team of Team Leaders / Managers Manager and driving sales targets to achieve the assigned Goal sheet.
Responsible for New Customer Acquisition (Online) through direct sales targets
Developing and motivating team to deliver assigned targets
Developing and conducting of training activities on daily basis for team.
Tracking daily performance of assigned team and share feedbacks to improve performance.
Ensure adherence to Sales Processes.
Manage team attrition
Delivering individual and team targets MoM.
Ensuring that the team is trained on all products and Operational procedures and take care on Regulatory Changes.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-8 yrs of exp
Must have exp in tele sales team handling
Sales of Financial products
Team Management skills
Candidates must be from Mumbai only
