Services Depots Quality Manager Regional Train Platform Purpose of the Job Be the focal point for all Quality matters in assigned Area.

Mission / Measurement Depot Quality Management, Certification, Problem solving, Customer Satisfaction, Implementation of Alstom Services Italy Regional Trains Platform processes and procedure, Continuous Improvement Responsibilities - Industrial Quality Control support in the depots process / products / tests Periodical meeting with Area Managers in order to analyse process / quality product problems or quality customer issues and drive related Area action plan Management of Supplier Quality issues and supervision of suppliers interventions in order to ensure the quality of their activities on trains Management of Maintenance Quality issues and contribution to the related improvement plan and processes reviews and NC (Non-Conformity) decreasing Perform cost of non quality analysis in maintenance activities and define action plans aimed at the reduction of costs of non quality - Supplier NCRs management Recovery of all necessary information related to non-conformity from the field Non Conformity management through the SQA Supplier visit / meeting with strong problem solving approach Management in correct way of non conformity material object of NCR Relationship with Operations and Supply Chain - Customer NCRs management Active NCRs in front of the Customer Recovery of all necessary information related to non-conformity from the field Management of related PDCA / 8D in cooperation with PQM and other Project Functions Strong root cause analysis, containment / corrective actions setting - Process and Quality System Audits Support / perform internal Audits in order to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, in preparation of external certification audit, define and follow-up action plans to address the detected deviations - Problem Solving (PDCA, 8D, QRQC) Management of PDCA / 8D / QRQC in cooperation with PQM and other Project Functions - Areas representative for all quality issues (internal and external) Timely reporting of quality & safety issues and their management through PDCA and PST tool Management of supplier parts Declaration of Conformity / Certificates / Test Report / PFC Collect data analysis for KPI improvement related to maintenance activities
