1 Business Development â?¢ Make detailed plans and budgets for developing the companyâ??s business in the assigned territory taking into consideration the strategic objectives and business targets.
â?¢ Set individual monthly sales targets for each of the Sales Consultant in line with market potential. â?¢ Ensure that actions are planned and executed by the team to achieve the business development objectives.
2Sales Process : â?¢ Ensuring strict implementation of the company sales process. â?¢ Review the adherence to commitments â?
â?¢ Review all business attributes and their respective impact on the business and take appropriate corrective actions timely, as and when required.
3Business Planning â?¢ Annual, Quarterly and monthly business planning for the Company to be done, in consultation with the Business Head and the Management.
â?¢ Alignment of business plans of individual markets and reviewing the plan designed by them for achievement of area sales targets.
â?¢ Planning and re-setting targets, should there be an interim shortfall by the sales team members. 4 Human Resources â?
¢ Taking appropriate actions to motivate and lead the team, keeping its morale and engagement levels highat all times. â?
¢ Identify good resources from the market to fill up any potential manpower requirements for the Company, in the assigned territory.
5Marketing â?¢ Lead and initiate market development activities in the region of responsibility. â?¢ Design creative and effective campaigns to generate leads and keep the enquiry funnel active and dynamicat all times.
â?¢ Plan and execute prospect and customer engagement activities in the assigned region. 6 Sales Team Development â?¢ Engage the Sales Team to perform better by keeping their morale and motivation high at all times.
â?¢ Identify potential dissatisfiers and develop solutions to address them, and keep employee retention rates high. â?¢ Review the activities, performance and incentive earnings of each sales team member keeping in mind their expectations.
â?¢ Propose trainings and other development measures regularly to maintain our competitive advantagein the marketplace. 7 Customer Satisfaction â?
¢ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the entire sales cycle. â?¢ Promptly initiate all possible actions to close customer / prospect complaints, if any.
â?¢ Connect with customers to get feedback on improvement opportunities and relevant marketinformation for the company. 8 Collections Management â?
¢ Track amounts receivable from customers and drive the Consultants to collect pending outstandingâ??s. â?¢ Update Management of possible risks and challenges in outstanding amounts.
