This role involves designing documents and validation of data according to the standard templates defined by the organization.
Editing documents that contain the client-specific information and making them generic. Creating workflow process documentation for in-house clients.
Essential Skills :
Well-versed in the principles of strong Design and an expert in PowerPoint.
Flair for creativity, and ability to improvise visual representation of content in PowerPoint with a skillset and a mindset to understand and present data within an aesthetically pleasing visual context.
Fairly good understanding of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and some designing tools (InDesign, Adobe Photoshop).
Attention to detail, to be able to identify discrepancies in content and ensuring accuracy and consistency in design and structure.
Ability to assess, prioritize and manage workload.
Excellent standard of the English language, and ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
Well-developed organizational skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
Additional Skills any are a plus but not a requirement :
Knowledge of SharePoint.
Art or Graphics Design training.
Experience of working with overseas colleagues.
Prior editing experience.
Essential : Graduate (BA preferred)
Additional : MA / MBA in Communications a plus
2-6 years of work experience.
