Responsibilities :

  • Asa Lead Recruiter for newly establishing Technology operationsin India;
  • Youwill Support and establish recruiting programs and process forIndia start-up.
  • You will establish strongpartnership with the customer by understanding their talent needs,providing strategic hiring recommendations and influencing partnersas a trusted talent advisor
  • You will work withbusiness to identify future talent needs and delicately plan anddevelop strategy to source for such talents
  • Youhave deep knowledge of business, expert in area of focus.Articulates and uses knowledge to advise business and develop plansto attract right talent
  • You will Perform directsourcing of talent through meaningful pipelines and establish newpipelines from passive candidates to meet demand fortalent
  • You sell and negotiate effectively toattract talent and lead expectations
  • Youdemonstrate and develop new methods to maximize technology andrecruiting tools to assess health of candidate pipeline, managerecruitment channels and source for talent
  • Youdedicatedly conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies.This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketingchannel development, job board procurement, digital and non-
  • digitalemployment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planningand talent planning

  • You manage recruitmentchannels, events and projects
  • You participatein or lead recruiting projects that support the continuousimprovement of recruiting processes
  • You providerecruitment counsel and mentorship to hiring managers and HRprofessionals with hiring indices and external employmentdata.
  • Requirements :

  • Graduatedegree holder with 8 or more years of experience in recruiting fortechnology business in a corporate recruitingenvironment.
  • Strong communication skills,learning agility, time management and multi-taskingability
  • Experience managing senior level(Directors & above) partners.
  • Should haveled strategic hiring initiatives such as diversity hiring andcampus.
  • Hands on experience in sourcing fromvarious channels (Job boards, social media & employeereferral)
  • Possess expert level candidateinterviewing, assessment and negotiationskills.
  • Should have ability to build &analyze metrics / reports.
  • Should have worked ondiversified skills / roles in your pastexperience.
  • Experience in mid-senior levelhiring.
  • Understanding of recruitment process& systems (like SuccessFactors).
  • Able tosolve challenging hiring situations through market data &intelligence.
